Highly recommend! Update 2/2/2026 - I forgot actually how difficult it was the first time. Their rates are pretty good but not worth the wasted time and effort. This company does not understand working with stricter commercial private money lenders and will push back on their requirements. The lender was very clear about their requirements but Ellis employees insisted that what they were requiring was not necessary or suspicious, delaying my closing date and requiring hours and days of corrections instead of meeting what the lenders were asking which is actually very typical. If there isn’t enough funds in your account for auto pay they don’t always notify you. And then your license gets suspended. So keep up with that. Rhonda is very polite and really helpful. Julie talks to you like you are dumb. I asked her something and she said “ I don’t know ma’am Do you want me to tell you every step of the way what I’m doing? ” I didn’t know something that she believed everyone should know and she said “ I guess no one’s ever told you. Now you know.” It was bad every time she answered. So I went to Root for insurance. I’m paying 64 a month and no deductible. I get roadside assistance and a rental if something happens.
