To start, my initial experience with Kory at Allstate was great. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. First, I discovered that Allstate no longer offers business insurance like it once did, nor do they endorse business disclosure options. After canceling my policy, I also found that many other companies offered me significantly more coverage at a much lower price. The Drivewise app was another frustration—it sends far too many push notifications. On top of that, dealing with Allstate outside of my local agent was very difficult. Calls after hours get routed to a call center, where background noise and communication issues made it nearly impossible to get anything resolved. Let me tell you an story? I Ruth Holzman, Alyce TIANI have been an customer with State Farm from 2000 ( Bradenton, Florida.) and when we both came to Tallahassee, Florida. And keep State Farm. But, in 2024 l Ruth Holzman decided to changed from State Farm to your company Allstate. And l bought an New car , as l was Driving on Highway 10 in the right lane doing controlled spreed. A 18 wheeler truck passed me on the left hand passing me. The trucks middle tire came off and it landed as quickly In first of my car. My brain said hold on to your wheel , don't turn to the pull over for safety. Why l didn't is no guardrail to protect me from the rocks ( Stone) there. And, now my Allstate payment is $ 214.00. I hope you understand how , why l am venting ?

Very easy and pleasant to work with. Been with Allstate for many years. Some advertisements say you can reduce your payments by switching to others, but it doesn't always take in consideration the complete coverage you may want or need, and ends up coming out the same or more expensive. So why not stay with someone you trust, and avoid the frustration.

Dave, and every employee here are fantastic. Some people say I am over insured, but I am covered completely. It really paid for itself after hurricane Michael. Since many homeowners insurance companies are leaving Florida, Dave went to work and found us other insurance companies to work with. I didn't have to lift a finger. That's what a great insurance agent does. Dave and the companies he reps covers everything we own. It's really not expensive to have great insurance, it's always expensive not to have any at all.
