Acceptance Insurance

Let me start by saying, they have good rates but lied about the rate given just to find out that it was higher when I went to make a payment...rate went from 33 dollars to 50.34 on web site. Now I have been on hold for almost 20min and counting just for someone to explain why I was given a lower rate to get the down payment/ my hard earned money and then have monthly payments change without a valid explanation. Will report them to BBB

The representative at acceptance were very nice friendly very knowledgeable of her job...I will recommend my friends and family to her...I appreciate all the help she gave me thank you starr
