We needed to review our home and auto insurance coverage to see if any adjustments were necessary since the last time we saw Pat several years ago. Pat did a great job walking us through what we presently had and where we might want to make any changes to improve upon our coverage or our premium costs. It only took about 40 minutes and we now have peace of mind that we do have the right amount of coverage for our needs. I have been insured with State Farm for 24 years and have always been able to rely on the company—until recently. Throughout the majority of that time, I had little to no claims. However, over the past couple of years, I’ve experienced a few incidents, none of which were my fault. When I contacted Pat Bryan’s office to file a claims, I was cautioned that too many claims—regardless of fault—could result in State Farm canceling or non-renewing my policy. I was initially shocked and disappointed. I could fully understand this approach if the claims had been due to negligence on our part, but that wasn’t the case. After doing my own research and confirmation from Pat Bryan's office, I discovered that State Farm does appear to have a practice of non renewal and potentially canceling policies
