AAA West Lake Mead Branch

I had AAA insurance for 2 years. No issues. I received notice from the DMV that my registration had been suspended due to no insurance. I called AAA and they said they terminated my insurance for some bogus reason and they had informed me by email. Well, I never received any email and I drove around for 3 weeks with no car insurance. The NV DMV now wants $500 fine for no insurance. If they cancel insurance they should send you a certified letter. I drove around with no insurance and did not even know. If I was in a car accident I would have no coverage. Ridiculous.

First time I've used a DMV Kiosk since moving here 3 years ago. Had our smog done at our local service location then headed to our local AAA office where the kiosk was located. Found it incredibly easy to use, had my smog inspection info including mileage, license plate number and VIN ready available, had easy to follow clear instructions and I got my registration and plate sticker right at the machine. Took less that 5 minutes. Plan to use it again next year.

This branch is Amazing including the employees! They were so helpful in helping me purchase home security, so that I am protected at home or away. I recommend everyone to stop by for their auto needs from home security to roadside service and auto/home insurance!!!

i purchased a battery from AAA less than 3 yrs ago. I am no longer a member but the replacement is still valid. They refuse to replace my battery because they can't guarantee i purchased the battery from them... that makes no sense considering they are the ones that verified the purchase date and that it was under warranty... but when i asked for the replacement they wanted me to pay $75 to bring a truck out and then... 'a full replacement battery '...such a scam.

I was able to get my car registered in no time
