I don’t have anything bad to say about this location when it was open, though it’s a shame AAA had to shut down all its branches in Washington. As a public service announcement, you can’t get an International Driving Permit in person in Washington anymore, so you have to plan ahead (or drive to Portland like I almost did!). If you have enough time, you can do an IDP application on the AAA website and they’ll send you an IDP in a week or two, or there’s a company called Fast IDP that costs more, but they go to AAA in other states and can have your IDP delivered to you the next day, so that’s what I did. Miss you, AAA branches!

Stupidly, without calling, drove from Lake Stevens to Lynnwood for in-person travel information. Sign on door said to get information ON LINE! OOPS, my bad! Thought it was in business to SERVICE MEMBERS!!!

This location is permanently closed. No announcement on AAA website that they're closing all physical stores. I have to get an international driver's permit for my trip next week. Now I might not receive it on time applying online.

AAA what great service been a customer for years always great service the tow truck driver that came was so polite and a great personality his name was ausaa can’t remember the spelling but felt very comfortable he had a great attitude

I showed up during normal business hours and no one was there and no one answered the phone. I traveled 40 minutes to get here. Called the Washington-wide number and they couldn't find the local reps number either. This is frustrating.
