I have had Allstate insurance for years and thought very highly of them until my most recent policy renewal. Allstate's financial department has some weird policies that discriminate against people struggling with finances, even after I repeatedly called them and informed them of everything and gave a timeline of when my new card would become active (seriously I lost my card and had to order a new one, thats it, and now I have to pay significantly more) . Sadly, I will be switching to another insurance company. This specific location has its own separate problems as well. Most of the staff is incompetent and everyone there told me different things, constantly apologized, said they would figure it out and never did.
