Don’t trust what the invoice says. I watched the lubrication technician drain the transmission fluid from my Ford Flex . When I asked how much it took he replied 4.5 quarts. On the invoice I was charged for 12 quarts. Now I wonder if they truly used synthetic fluid as that is what my car requires. I was charged for synthetic but is that what I really got. I don’t trust them.

I needed some alignment shims install installed on my Tesla model S plaid and they were transparent and communicated with me through the whole process. Will be using the shop moving forward.

This was our first time at AAA, we used the auto department to get our Van looked at. It was a great experience, from the person who I talked to on the phone and checked us in, to the mechanic, Joe, and the person who checked us out. They went out of their way, Joe even had a tool delivered to his house so that he could work on the van. They even stayed open late on Saturday to get us the car back. We would definitely go back!

Vehicle Customer service at this location was great! Mr Bryant was very nice. He took his time and answered every single question I asked and also explained automotive info in a way that was easy to understand. The wait room was clean and comfy. Service was fast and everyone I came in contact with was pleasant. I will be back for all my other services!
