AAA Stillwater - Insurance/Membership Only

The nicest people work there! They helped me with everything from an international drivers' license to currency exchange for 3 countries, to getting the right accessories for my trip! They even did my photos for the license! One stop shop for all my travel needs! In addition to all of that, I got discounts on my hotels and rental cars for the trip! Definitely a "10" for customer service!

I spoke with Katy today I had an odd situation going on where an agent who isn’t at this office had sold me a membership instead of insurance even after giving me a quote and insuring that I was insured by them that resulted in me getting a ticket notifying me that I wasn’t in fact insured so you can imagine how upset I was but Katy was great very kind and attentive to find a solution, she helped me get insurance and even stayed after hours to make sure I had insurance so I could drive my vehicle asap , Thank you Katy you’re awesome. God bless

TLDR- If part of why you chose premium membership was the battery replacement service, you're wasting your money if you live in Stillwater, OK, or wasting you roadside calls for the year just to MAYBE get reimbursed, which doesn't matter in the immediate situation. I went in to AAA here in town and they referred me to calling member services. They transferred me to roadside assistance. Roadside assistance explained the best I can do is buy a battery and file for reimbursement, but I have to have it tested AGAIN because the test from when I called roadside assistance last night wasn't documented. Kwik car, or whatever the local AAA retailer listed in town is called, is authorizes for their discounts, but doesn't not provide this service in place of the lack of AAA coverage for premium me

The people are friendly and helpful. I changed my insurances for autos and home to AAA. Ashley provided options in my price range. Talked me through the paperwork. Got the coverage started easily. There is a changes at this AAA office. The travel info and maps/books and AAA money cards are no longer available. Have to go to the AAA in Edmond, OKC or Tulsa and other AAA tire/auto service sites to get the travel info. Also, for the AAA money cards.

Friday may 19. Showed up at this office to find it empty and the lights off. Their hours are 9-5. I showed up at 1 there was nobody in the office and 4 other people were trying to call the agent to get her down to the office. Nobody showed up. If you are open, You need to show up to work.
