Got a flat at 10:00pm. Been a Premier RV (high tier) for 21 years. First customer service rep had a dysfunctional microphone / suboptimal audio. He was really quiet and hard to hear. I told him that I needed his audio to somehow become 10 decibels louder. He hung up on me. Second customer service rep was kind, but useless. Same for the third. Tow truck came 4½ hours later only because I spent hours calling calling companies myself and hounding with follow up. AAA provided zero help and zero support. *AAA did not send a tow truck or any assistance.* Good workers, but comically ineffective support. AAA gets your money up front then denies roadside assistance. Classic insurance racket. AAA has been like this each time I've requested help over the last 21 years. I've requested roadside assista

I’ve been a member since 2014. One of my personal vehicles breaks down in the side of the highway, needs a tow. I call to set up a tow only to receive a call back stating my truck won’t be covered because it has a utility body. They wanted to charge me for a pickup and drop off less than a mile trip or leave me on the side of the highway in freezing temperatures! THEY DON’T VALUE YOUR MONEY OR MEMBERSHIP. Save yourself the money and BS look somewhere else!!!!

Sean McAllister delivers a superior customer service. He did a thorough search of Auto and Renters insurance policies for me, is very well written and always took the time to thoroughly explain his answers to me, even including screenshots of visual examples when possible.
