I recently called State Farm (my agent) and was greeted by Sarah Ideman. Sarah dropped what she was doing to help me with adding an ATV to my policy. This is why I start with State Farm; Sarah was polite, professional, and prompt regarding my request for assistance. Stephanie Mahoney's State Farm Insurance office is simply the best.

I have been a client of Stephanie Mahoney's State Farm office for 25 years. They treat people like gold. Tremendous customer service. And mind you, I am a very small, one vehicle client. But they value everyone. Personally, I will never change from State Farm in general and will never change from Stephanie's office in particular.

Sarah was very helpful answered all my questions even though I was totally confused she's working on things for me and my mother and I appreciated her kindness and patience and getting back to me we're in the middle of the work so something for me and appreciate all that she's doing
