AAA Rancho Cucamonga Insurance and Member Services

I’ve had triple A since 2008 and as anyone else try not to use it. This last week I’ve had nothing but challenges in trying to have the company that they contract try to come out to service my car for a new battery . So far it’s been 3 attempts and because they only contract one company to service a large population their service has declined in all ways possible. Triple A used to provide better quality roadside service unfortunately it has declined in so many ways - it seems to be quantity not quality now

Save yourself some time and head over to AAA for your DMV services as far as registration and titles. They don't do anything with driver's licenses. Be sure to bring cash or credit card. There's a weight sometimes so bring some headphones just in case. But other than that they're pretty fast overall and they have an in-depth knowledge of everything that you need to do and how to do it. Be sure to plan out your day because there's a Target in the area so you can go to Target after AAA. Staff was kind and friendly and knowledgeable.

Serviced with a friendly staff my 15+ years of experience with AAA has been great with everything they have to offer. The peace of mind you get by carrying a AAA card in your wallet is priceless.

Parking can be tight depending on the time or day you’re there. Large location, lots of people to help, got in and out in minutes, extremely friendly staff. Very clean, will definitely return to this location. Highly recommended.

You must take cash, check or credit card to pay for their services, I wish they honor debit cards with Visa logo, but they don't.
