AAA Nashville

AAA is absolutely the worst, and I will not be renewing my service. From the start, calling for help turns into being transferred endlessly just to reach someone who can assist. Despite being a member, they still pile on excessive additional fees just to dispatch a tow, not even including mileage costs. Response times are slow, and customer service is extremely poor. Save yourself the frustration, If you can find a more reliable and reputable towing service, use them instead. Do not bother with AAA.

TLDR; DO NOT USE AAA, SAVE YOUR MONEY, CALL A LOCAL TOW COMPANY Do not get a membership with AAA. It is absolutely worthless. Triple A used to be a luxury, a reliable company that quickly and consistently took care of its customers not anymore. I was blindly charged $150 after waiting *14 hours* past the original arrival time for the tow. When I called to talk with a representative about he undisclosed charge, I was told a complaint would be filed. I had further questions (like when should I expect a response/should I expect a phone call or email/what does that even mean…?), but was hung up on by the supervisor. Traveling thru this afternoon and left southbound I 65 because of traffic backup. Needed a pit stop after being in the vehicle for hours but most of the area was residential, until I spotted the AAA. Not from the area, but felt comfortable stopping and asking for a restroom and some directions. A lady met me as I was coming in the door and was very gracious in letting me use the restroom then gave me great directions. She was sweet enough to send me with a bottle of water also. I was very grateful for her being my "port in the storm". Thank you!!

had an absolute horrible experience !!!! waited 24 hours even calling multiple times they would say tow truck is on their way and then we’d call after awhile of them not showing up and they’d say “oh yea it’ll be another 2 hours” and that phone call was repeated and repeated over and over again it was the same response. never again will i go with them. also to be clear they never showed ! we got the car out ourselves please read these reviews. they’re horrible. they’d be the last tow company i’d ever go with. customer service was trash as well. if i could rate lower than a 1 star i would.

Have gotten European drivers permits from here a few times over the past several years Always very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
