Both Carley and Jeremy are very customer friendly. They have been my agents for a number of years--yet recently I found better pricing from a company they did not work with. They helped me cancel my policies with not problem. A month later, I realized I had not received a refund check. I emailed them, just asking who I should contact----however, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, doing all the work for my and having my refund sent to me.
