AAA Insurance - Johns Agency

I feel that Latoya Cruz was not honest about my insurance policy with johns Agency AAA insurance. I confirmed few times and she assured me that my price will not change until renew. After taking full payment for my and few days later AAA insurance is sending me too many mails with more charges. I contacted Latoya she never answer the phone. I finally went back to their office and Areneta told me she will fix it. I am still receiving bills.
