I was referred to this AAA office by my insurance agent and have received constant, prompt & efficient service from the staff and particularly Elizabeth!! Whether I call or email, she responds in timely manner! I have never received received better service. David also responded in professional manner while Elizabeth was away from the office! David provee un servicio personalizado y siempre contesta las llamadas para responder cualquier duda que uno tenga en referencia a la póliza, sumado a eso, el explica realmente lo que uno necesita o no en la póliza que está obteniendo, protegiendo así nuestros bienes de cualquier liability, cuando uno no conoce del tema es importante que alguien le explique a detalle este tipo de cosas, si lo que realmente uno anda buscando es seguridad y paz, sin importar precio, que aún así son bastante competitivos, o sea es una combinación de muchas cosas buenas a la vez.
