Tyler Jones at the AAA office in Fayetteville was amazing. We drove from Fort Smith to get an International Driver’s Permit, and he made it so easy! We were in and out the door in less than 20 minutes. We had a great experience and appreciate the services from this office!

Been with these folks for 29 plus years as a auto policy holder. Problems yess. No agent assigned on my policy. The app on iphone apple iso freezes up. They wont notify you via text or emails if theres something wrong with a payment or policy imperfection. Nope they will just cancel yiur policy with NO NOTICE.

Almost needed a tow myself because the driver was going to just merge right into me on the highway

Elaina helped us going through and selecting auto and home insurance. She was patient, professional and a good listener. She even gave her cell so we could contact her should we have more questions. Moving from California we switched from AAA to another insurance. We’ve always been happy with the service provided by AAA especially the road service. As we expect our current insurance to increase we decided to switch.

My car wouldn't start in my driveway due to the low temperatures I called and was told 1 hour and 15 minutes for service to come and give me a boost. I expected that due to the weather conditions light snow, ice on the roads and temperature in the teens. But received call that help was on the way and was arriving early. Very efficient technician tested battery needed a new one but got my car started. Ran the car awhile, discussed options to places to get a new battery then he said they sell their own with 6 years warranty I said I will take it. Waited for another driver to bring the battery to my location . He installed it and out the door I went with confidence a new battery and ready for the winter!
