They fried my Benz all I asked was for a tow! Instead the first tow truck calls and pulls a no show! Then the second idiot charged the battery backwards. It went from 2 codes to 22! Deny deny, said," they didn't use a battery charger until I produced the ring video! U can clearly see he's not doing what was asked and the noises not good, now I have no car! I'm supposed to eat it, while they get bigger and richer! I loved Triple A now, I don't know what or who took over as they're ethics and honesty is out the window' !

My car did not start since last night at 7 o’clock( February 9, 2026. I waited for AAA service till 12 o’clock evening. They said they cannot do it. They will do it the following day. I came to the same spot where my car is parked at 8 o’clock. They arrived at 9 o’clock. I was told that my car needs alternator replacement and needs towing. The staff said he will find towing service. I waited till 5 o’clock until a towing service called and they said I have to pay for the service but I said no cause I know my insurance covers the towing. This guy didn’t return my call. It’s 24 hours now that my car is still in the same spot. AAA hasn’t returned my call. Do NOT have your passport photo taken here. My picture was rejected when I uploaded it to the renewal website. When I went back to the office I expected the clerk to try again to take another picture thinking perhaps they had seen this issue before (because I expected that they knew what they were doing, you know, professionals) but instead what I got was a rather casual dismissive attitude almost making it seem like it was my fault. Why would you provide, and charge for, a service that does not work? What a hassle and waste of my time. UPDATE: The picture they took was under exposed. All I did was take the picture into my photo editing software and adjusted the brightness and the picture was accepted by the passport renewal website. What would a person do if they didn't have the software

We called for a battery check last night due to the car not wanting to start. Our service call was an easy process to get started and within 30 minutes our service tech had arrived. Charles was extremely friendly and quickly assessed the issue and had us up and running again in no time. Fantastic service, thank you so much!

My car battery died during the worst storm Syracuse has had in years. I had my young daughter with me, and Chris was there within 20 minutes to help replace it. He was quick, kind, and told us to stay inside the closest building while he handled it. I can't thank him enough, he's the best!!!
