Just like others said, David brown is really bad at his job and caused me to lose my auto policy a few years ago. I was driving without insurance for months because he can’t follow up with customers. He also didn’t cancel my home policy when I asked him to a few months ago. He’s the sole reason I switched my home and auto to another company. Maybe it’s time to retire?
David Brown is a horrible insurance agent! He does NOT go above and beyond.
