One of the worst experiences in my life since I have dealing with insurance companies they do not know how to serve their clients with all the sudden they charged me over 350$ with out any explanation and when I called they have no answer for me.

I called today for a policy on auto insurance..I've explained everything to the lady right up front . I said I was looking for car insurance but haven't had car insurance in over a month ..she goes that's fine! Then continued with the quote ..we spent almost an hour on the phone ..she then says to email her my license and health insurance cards and she will call back to receive payment from me ..she called back an hour later saying she needed a declaration page from my last insurance company which ended in March..had trouble getting that..I had to call cure to get that emailed to me cause she said that's all they needed was to show it ended in March..she then answers my call and say that I need a declaration showing March or current..mind yall I already explained to her that I haven't had
