Dawn Pullis - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been researching term insurance policies for my husband for months and consider myself pretty savvy at this point. I finally found the perfect plan at a fair price from State Farm. Their premium was half of what I was expecting from quotes provided by another companies. I’m so glad I found my agent Dara Dillard! She was very knowledgeable and informed me of all my options without feeling like it was being pushed upon me. Dara was very friendly and personable, I truly felt she was looking out for my best interest. The process was pretty painless from a paperwork standpoint. Thank you to the entire Allen Park State Farm staff and specifically Dara Dillard. I finally have a peace of mind that if tragedy were to occur, my children and I will be well taken care of!

Beware don't go here. I bought a new car and sold an old one when I swapped insurance from on car to another they continue to charge me for several months on the car I didn't own and when I pointed out the mistake Patrick the office manager stated "because there are no notes in the system they can't refund my money for more then 30 day" what a scam nothing like stealing people's money and losing the busness of a 20 year customer over a couple hundred dollars. What a joke!

Great service and pricing from their team over the years of doing business at State Farm. I had a great experience today on-boarding a newer vehicle, and JP Soderman was very responsive (within the hour) and made the process simple/straightforward. Also recommend other members of their team (Saif, Patrick, Heather) who are also very helpful. Thanks guys!

What a wonderful experience I had switching my insurance to State Farm. I highly recommend asking for Dara Dillard. Dara helped me with the process with ease. Moving from another state and trying to find the right insurance company is not the easiest. Dara patiently explained everything to me. If I ever had another question that came up she answered right away. What great customer service. It’s hard to find these days. By far the best insurance I’ve had yet.
