Why are the reviews so low?! Super easy experience getting our international driver’s permits. 10 minute wait, followed by 15 minute process. Everyone was super nice and knew exactly what to do!

I’ve been a AAA member for 24 years, and recently purchased a car that needed DMV registration paperwork. When I went into AAA, I was warmly greeted with a smile and asked how they could help. Moments later, my name was called and I was assisted by Katie Franklin. Katie welcomed me with the most amazing smile and genuine kindness. I explained that I needed the registration transferred into my name, and within minutes, she took care of everything. The process was handled professionally, sincerely, and with a level of care that made the experience effortless. Thank you, Katie, for making what could have been a stressful process such a pleasant one.

update: I called the AAA customer service and no one from this location ever contacted me to discuss this issue. Absolutely pathetic. Horrible experience - Tamara was very nasty to me. Maybe she was having a bad day but her lack of professionalism did not go unnoticed. I think greeting people and saying thank you are pretty standard. She got annoyed at me that I didn’t have paperwork that no one told me I needed. Maybe additional training is needed? God bless to those who cross her path.

Terrible experience. My family and I ( in which one is a senior) went to purchase our tags and Crystal started helping us. Because of the payment method criteria , I had to leave and get more cash. I came back and was told I couldn’t get my tags because Crystal locked my account and went to lunch for an hour. I asked if someone else could help me. I was told that Crystal made that impossible because she had restricted access to my account and only she could finish my transaction. I asked for the branch manager and I was told she was in a meeting . I called the phone number on the site to try to voice my concerns and I was berated, yelled and dismissed and was told that Crystal was trying to do me a favor. I had to remind the staff member that I was a customer and to be professional and sol

Surprisingly excellent service!!! Came in for an IDP and Temeka at the front was friendly and helpful. Beats the DMV any day
