AAA Clermont Insurance

I have been a member of AAA on and off since 1980. Along with roadside service I have used them for insurance for many years. I have always praised their knowledge and service recommending them to others. I worked with both the offices in Palm Harbor and St Pete. This office did not live up to that description. They sold me a policy for my home and cars. They did not do there due diligence and because of the type of roof I have on my home my policy was canceled. They did not return my calls. Consequently I went back to the St Pete office and they were able to write policies that will work for me. I highly suggest that you choose a different office to do business with.

Alicia and Mr Pena are the best agents in the world! They are so patient and kind and I didn't think I'll ever leave considering no one can give me less expensive coverage in Florida

Went in for an international drivers permit after calling this location to confirm that they offered them at this location and confirming with other reviews here on google. They do not offer them and are an insurance only office. The attendant was unconcerned about the repeated misinformation spread by the phone and google reviews, she claimed they were aware of the issue that people got this office confused with California. Showed her that it reflects her address and again apathy and annoyance. They do not care that the incorrect information is what is available.

Walked in to get travel help, and the man sitting directly in front of the door came out from behind the screen to tell me they do not provide any travel services. Turned around and walked away with such a nasty attitude. I would never get any services or insurance from this location. I can only imagine if you run into any problems, they will not give you the time of day.

AAA Insurance is no better than other insurance companies. They raise their rates just like the others. Don't be fooled by being a AAA Member thinking your insurance is cheaper. They are in it for the money just like everyone else. The Agents don't care. Their mindset is pay the price or go somewhere else.
