I’m leaving 1 star but I’d really like to leave 0. Disappointing service with roadside assistance and they say nothing they can do.. They let my car sit for 24 hours after calling for battery service. The driver shows up with no battery and tells me he will bring one first thing next day. Well 24 hrs later still no call or battery. He finally calls and says he doesn’t have the battery. I called AAA again and they send another technician with a battery. He installed it and it seems to work but found out he didn’t tighten the negative terminal and it let me sit again 1 day later.. keep in mind they are charging my membership trips for this.. you get 4 was told after calling again to have them fix the issues that they created. On 9-27-2025 Did you know AAA will not provide roadside assistance for any type of trailer you are towing? We were on I-83 North and our boat trailer blew a tire! We had a jack and a spare tire, we did not have a lug wrench to fit/remove the lugnuts! Called the 800 Roadside Assistance number on my AAA membership card, a member for many years! Explained all we needed is someone to bring us a lug wrench! The trailer was already jacked up! The AAA Rep. Said we do not do roadside assistance on any type of trailer! I explained, I only need them to bring me a lugwrench, I will replace the spare myself! They refused to bring us a wrench! We were so frustrated with our battery service. My car wouldn't start at Lowe's. AAA sent a contractor. He removed my old battery AND THEN informed me that it costs an extra $50 to have the new battery installed. I've never had to pay an extra fee for installation. He should have informed me of all costs and charges before removing my old battery. We were stuck and had to pay. The battery was $199 PLUS the extra installation $50 fee. Then he informs me that there's an additional 3% charge for using my credit card. Surprised he didn't charge me for his lunch too.

Called AAA for locking my keys in my car. In 20 minutes, Al from H&S towing was there to unlock my car! We had a nice chat, and my car was unlocked in a few minutes.
