A-MAX Auto Insurance

Very bad experience with them since I first started with them back in November. I signed all my documents the day I finalized and made my first payment. Then got canceled on December 19 because they said I didn't sign and I never got a refund or notice. Yet I would get calls from different representatives saying that i didn't make my payment which I did on Dec 3. They reinstated it back on January 2 and I had to sign all my documents again and I made my payment. They canceled me on January 16 without a notice. I found out because I called to make February payment. Huge inconvenience!! When the last girl I spoke with reassured me that she submitted the documents to Kemper all over again and I have the proof on my phone. I have the emails and text message. Thank God that no accident occurred

I Have been with this insurance company for many years, but overall, these past couple of days I had a representative by the name of Itati out of 2545 Boca Chica Blvd, Brownsville, TX help me out! She was very helpful, professional and prompt in helping me! She was awesome! Would really recommend you call her if you are needing insurance! Again Ty so much Itati!
