Recently my car was damaged, but I had some problems getting ahold of Traveler's claims.... After I spoke to 360 Ins., Fatima called and left a voice msg. with my vm that she had called the Traveler's claims Dept. and set-up a 3-way call to get me in-touch with the claims person handling my claim. Since that msg., my adjuster answers my calls on the 1st ring.... and even calls me to make sure everything is good. Wow, I'm impressed with 360's service! It's great to know that my broker, whom gets me the best deals, also is there when I'm in trouble. Thanks again Fatima, 360!
