BUYER BEWARE – This company scammed me out of an entire year of coverage. I was very clear with my agent (Jack) that my policy needed to be renewed for an entire year with a different insurance company, in line with my yearly budget. Instead, I was shocked to later receive a cancellation notice due to non-renewal—on a policy I never agreed to in the first place. Jack told me my policy was for a full year, not six months. Yet I was locked into a policy I would NEVER have chosen and absolutely did not approve. He now claims I “approved” it simply because I signed paperwork—paperwork that was wrong to begin with! As a result, I lost over $1,500 on coverage I never wanted, and when I called to address this, I was met with arguments, zero accountability, and completely unprofessional behavio
