Farmers Insurance - Keith Smith

From the day I decided Farmers insurance, wasn't even 6 months ago. Somehow they've already managed to get my registration and my license suspended on me. I never had anything suspended before. This is not my fault ! Just simply because of their lack of ability to understand their job responsibilities. You buy insurance for insurance right? If I could give anyone advice, it would be to absolutely not go with farmers. The other people on these reviews have to be fake.

if I could give this place no stars I would. I dealt with Keith in getting a quote on my house insurance. I previously had farmers through my local agency but she had closed down. on asking for just a quote this person went ahead and canceled my current insurance and activated my quote all without my say so. plain and clear instructions that all I want was a quote. when I tried to reach out to him to see where the miscommunication was made. he was conveniently out of the office, I left messages and he never called me back to discuss this matter. I end up having to call the main headquarters to get it all sorted out with my policy and also went with a better company Geico. Do not go with this person if you want to avoid a massive headache.

Great people. Very friendly and helpful. I just uploaded a couple of nice 8K photos of there looking forward to doing business with Keith. Jessica was helpful in straighting out my home owners insurance.

Keith was extremely rude, condescending, and super unhelpful to my family and I when we were trying to navigate our insurance options. He mockingly laughed at us as we explained our very serious situation and was not even trying to be understanding. Needless to say we have since switched.

Talked with Jess after having been switched from my previous agent, she was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job at presenting me with different options to save on my policy.
