I wish there was a Brannon in every business that I have to interact with. He knows how to treat people. Brannon is considerate, polite, very patience, understanding and nice. He explains your policy so you can comprehend what you got. Brannon is very professional but he a really chilled person. He can interact with the best of them. I'm comfortable recommending anyone to him because he treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you Brannon.

Zach was awesome! I have frontal lobe damage and a tiche discombobulated at times when it comes to numbers and multiple components. . Zach was so patient and answered every question and addressed every concern I had regarding new coverage for my car and home. His professionalism and kindness are deeply appreciated. Great place for insurance. They always look to lower your rate. Never have had an issue with them. I typically talk to Brannon, he’s really thorough with everything and makes sure you understand what you’re getting with your policy. They make sure you are completely understanding what’s going on, how it affects you. If there are savings to be had, they will explain to you how much it will save you with everything involved. 10/10, I have recommended Zach Peavey Statefarm to a lot of people I know.

Met one of the agents, Brannon, through chance of an accident caused by a driver on different insurance than mine. I was on Progressive, but they decided to increase my rates for literally no reason at all, and after being with them for 13 years!! So I told em to hit the road and remembered Brannon a month after the accident. I reached out and he was fantastic in giving me a much cheaper policy than Progressive did AND it has full coverage. And Progressive wanted $140/month with NO coverage added, like what? 🤦‍♂️ So thanks Brannon and State Farm for hookin me up with something much more affordable. Big W! 🙏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
