Freeway Insurance

I had a 5 star rating but have changed it I would give them no star at all, if possible. After the last year with freeway. If you want a glitched system that charges you fees for them making mistakes and then they try to blame the bank for them not even taking out or running the card for direct payment. Then they want to charge you for their mistake. 20 dollars here 20 dollars there and never the same price each month. It's not worth your hard earned money. A failed system is a failed system. This one may sound good at first but trust me. It's a un-needed nightmare of every agent telling you something different each time you talk to them. Even as far as one agent acting like the boss just to cover their own mistakes. Do not use them. Unless you like frustration.

I had a great experience with this establishment. Especially Sydni Nichols. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my policy. Danielle was very helpful in finding my family a policy we not only can afford, but also did not have to give up our add ons we really needed!! She had a great attitude about her and was very friendly! Would highly recommend to everyone to use Freeway Insurance and ask for Danielle!!
