Katelyn is my agent at this branch and when it came time for me to get a new policy she helped me. Initially we had an appointment set and when she was sick Josef contacted me and was so professional in asking if he could assist me or if I’d like to wait for Katelyn. Katelyn got back with me and took her time to explain why a policy with Allstate was better than my current company. No pressure, just pure professional knowledge and courtesy. We worked together to tailor a policy for my new truck that fit my budget and my driving habits. Yosef was informative but I did not appreciate his approach on our most recent phone call. As a supervisor in customer service, I know that it is imperative that you respect what your customer is calling in to get resolved. I let him know I appreciated the information he was telling me but I did not agree how he handled my request. I have never had any issues with calling in up until this point. I plan to keep my renters insurance policy active because you have a great rate.
