I don’t know how these people get to ensure others. No hate, but we are Latinos just like them. They have a really bad customer service and big ego. Even other insurances like progressive charge me a lower price for my car insurance and guess what it’s a full cover, not like here in Trucordia with only liability. Honestly, they should do better, and be honest with the customers instead of just lying through the phone because we had to come to their location to actually get answers about our car insurance policy. And when we were at their location, a man came inside all disappointed because they were just having him going to one place to another.
