Incompetent. I was complacent with having my my homeowners insurance with this agency for years. When I finally decided the rate was getting too high, I asked this agent to shop around for comparable coverages at a lower rate, it was like getting teeth pulled. They took weeks to get me a quote. I had to constantly call to follow up. When I finally received my quote, the rate was much lower but the coverages were so skeletal that it seemed unethical that they'd even recommend such a policy. I asked them to find me something else without leaving me unprotected with such lousy coverage and got the runaround. I eventually got my own quotes directly from carriers. I had a closing for my home and was referred to Yini by a good friend of mine she did say I was not going to regret it. She provided a quote she asked for me to come in the office to go over what she had provided. She fully explained the premium the coverages what covered what not took her time to sit with me and go over everything I needed to know. Yini and Associates Has been the best of the best especially the Owner she is on point with her Clients. She makes Sure none of her policies CANCEL and if they do she makes sure they are Reinstated right away. the Environment in the office is phenomenal. Her employees are always treating everyone with professionalism. Love this Office.

I strongly recommend Yini & associates. Their staff is friendly and have fantastic costumer service. If in need commercial insurance their is no better place.
