We have been working with Rocio Reina on commercial property insurance for years. She is very attentive and works hard to get us the best policy for our needs at the best pricing. She is very patient and takes the time to explain what the different coverage options are so we can make an informed decision on what we feel is the best coverage for us.

Agency is located in convenient location with plenty of parking within circumference. Environment within the facility is serene, very clean, spacious, well organized and the air quality is well appreciated. Jaymar associates are indeed very well presented. People are courteous, professional, and attentive to ones business needs.

The worst broker ever I have met. Before the down payment and signing the documents a girl said that everything would be fine, they don’t need anything, price won’t rise. Few times we got the mails with a cancellation. They don’t never send all the needed documents to the real insurance company.

We only do business with Jaymar because of Rocio. She is a top tier professional.
