I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dennis and his customer service. I was simply looking for a quote, and instead of receiving the assistance I needed, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. It felt like I was bothering him rather than being a valued customer. It's clear that he lacks basic customer service skills and really should consider taking a class to learn how to communicate effectively with clients. If you are looking for a friendly and helpful interaction, I highly suggest you run as far away from this place as you can. Definitely not worth your time or money!

I’ve been going to this location since I was 17 and got my license. Although it gets busy I honestly love what they do for me there. Luckily Dennis always takes care of me and handles my documents ASAP. I definitely recommend this place he never wastes time gets things done ✅ was just there this past week and even with a line of 3 ppl I was in and out. Going there later today after work to do my taxes looking forward to it. Reasonable pricing.

I have been getting my taxes done by Dennis for a few years, and I have to say he is great! Very honest, professional and respectful. He doesn't try to mislead you or tell you lies when it comes to the laws of NJ. I am definitely satisfied with his services and recommend him to anyone who doesn't know where to go. He will answer all your questions and will tell you the truth about anything that has to do with the money you will get back. Oh another thing, if you decide to go to him, make sure you get there early, parking could be a little bit difficult, also the waiting time will be long if you wait for a weekend.

This place is OUTRAGEOUS! My mother has been a loyal customer for years and recently she was pulled over because her Insurance expired. She called them soon after, and a representative admitted that another worker had accidentally insured her other vehicle twice, and didn’t do so for her second vehicle (the one she was pulled over for). My mother is a fair woman, so she forgave them for their errors and gave them an opportunity to make things right and guess what? My sister was pulled over this morning for the same issue! The problem was never fixed. Terrible! I’m definitely going to share this experience with the BBB because this is NOT how you run your business.
