Prudential Financial: Raul Rodriguez

I've been going to a different place for years which is out of town so I decided to give this place in town a chance. There attitudes are a little strong but service is quick so I was satisfied since it's a convenient place to get to. I WILL NO LONGER EVER COME BACK, I went to insure a second car they told me its legally not aloud for the policy I have so I called to confirm the information. I was told I can insure up to three cars. After speaking to the lady again I was told rudely that I can go to the other place to insure the car. So THANK YOU that's what I will do from now on. As well as not recommend ANYONE to go to this establishment convenience is not worth their attitude. go to GARYS INSURANCE in rahway if your able to they do everything and are EXTREMELY helpful.

The worst service ever!!! So slow sounds so unprofessional like she don't even know how to find a good quote, oh and She hung up on me when I asked why she needed so much personal info for a free quote!!!!
