Terrible terrible service. I had several different agents. Even in the midst of a claim, I had to call/email 10+ times to get any sort of response. Absolutely do not recommend. Edit because I cannot reply: I have call logs of 4 calls in the last 2 weeks to my agent, as well as 2 emails. No response. And their voicemail is not set up to receive messages. Luckily I moved stayed and am no longer dealing with this company. I am not sure why there is “no record” of my attempts to reach out. Happy to send proof.

I talked to April who was very helpful in assisting me in a quick, respectful, and professional manner in acquiring insurance for a car I just purchased. I had read many good reviews about this company which was why I decided to go with them. I had insurance settled in less than half an hour and got all my paperwork from the actual company 5 days later.

Very rude. I just called to make a payment and the lady who answer the phone was very rude to me. Her name was Nancy. When I called to complain and ask to speak to the manger the lady Said the manager isn’t here but when I told her the situation She automatically went into defense and said “ I was right here she didn’t do anything wrong”! Then after she said that I asked what the manger name was and she goes my name is April ! I’m like okay so your the manger ? She says yes. Didn’t seem quite right. Seemed pretty fishy to me. But otherwise. I still have full insurance on my car lol VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. & VERY BAD LIERS

I don't even want to give this place a star, but I am so everyone can see my review. I hit a deer and worth mason totalled my car and left me with having to pay $2,300 out of my pocket, because they wouldn't pay my car off. Rip off for sure.
