I must say that my discussion with Janessia was so very professional and informative about all of the pros and cons regarding both my vehicle and rental policies. She was very clear about all of my issues regarding the best coverage for my needs. She's well versed and very knowledgeable about herself and her field in providing proper coverage for her clients.

Great experience with Allstate. I changed from “Advantage One Home Insurance” in Conway SC due to lack of communication. I was told they didn’t receive email sent to them by Sage Sure, “they get too many emails”. I was not notified on home owner repairs I needed to complete and or show proof of repairs. To the point I needed to speak to Brandon the owner, he followed up. I was down to the last minute on that policy being increased. So I decided to call for insurance. This is how I met Janice/Necee. I wanted to say a few words about Casey Glover / Purdy Good Coverage Corp: Allstate Insurance. For the last five years, I have had to step in and take over my parents day to day matters. As I live out of state, it has been imperative to have someone who can walk me through all of my parents insurance matters. No matter the questions, no matter how many times I've had to call, Casey has NEVER once put me off. She has gone to great lengths to help me understand it all. Every year She has walked me through reviewing each policy to see where we may need to add/delete items. Casey goes out of her way to help in any way she can.
