I would like to thank World Ins Associations, formerly Links Ins for their absolutely horrible customer service. My mortgage Co had informed me that they did not have proof of renewal for my homeowners insurance. Even though we had a continuous renewal policy. I tried to contact Links to correct the situation. After leaving several messages, over several days, each time having to deal with a very rude and condescending woman that answers the phone. She informed me that their agents are very busy and I needed to be patient and give them time to get back to me. No one ever did!! I have been with Links for 30yrs and insured by Selective Ins for 10yrs, and still would be, if I had not been treated this way. Never Received a quote it's been over a month back to back, you call him and he acts like he knows what he's talking about whole time he hasn't done anything. Waste of time.

Rod Carrera at Links has been my agent for the last 10 years. Very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an insurance agent.

Truly, shockingly incompetent. Will be out of business within a year, at best.
