Sam Ruggier - State Farm Insurance Agent

My only regret is that there are not more than 5 stars to rate my experience with Sam Ruggier and State Farm. In the process of looking to consolidate all my insurance with one company, State Farm was highly recommended by a friend. I called Sam Ruggier who was very patient with my multitude of questions, extremely informative, made great suggustions to meet my needs in addition to great savings on the premiums. He was never too busy to take a call and was a delight to work with. One day after the change over, I had terrible storm damage to my property. It was all handled with such professionalism and expediency. As if that wasn't enough, they followed up 2 months later to be sure I was satisfied with how the claim was handled. I give them a 10 Star rating for 10 Star service!

I have had Sam and his team at State Farm as my insurance agent for a number of years. He and his staff are very informative and offer exceptional customer service. I highly recommend their services. Connie is extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. Twice I have called to get insurance for two different cars in New Jersey. I was told both times that I am in eligible despite the fact that I’ve had State Farm in Pennsylvania for years. When asking for help to determine why I could possibly be denied she couldn’t give any examples whatsoever. Told multiple times that she can have a letter sent to me and completely unwilling to offer any further information other than that, “it’s extremely hard to get car insurance in New Jersey right now. ”How can that even be possible?

Sam and his agency are always there for you when you need them. Insurance might not be top of mind all the time but when you need it Sam is there.

Sam is great ! He is honest person that will give you the best insurance coverage at the lowest prices . He saved me a great deal of money ! I recommend Sam to anyone .
