I walked into this insurance agency expecting paperwork and left feeling like I’d just joined a secret society. The lobby smelled faintly of printer ink and determination. A fish tank bubbled in the corner, containing what I can only assume were the most overinsured goldfish in America. The receptionist greeted me like she’d been waiting her entire life for this exact policy inquiry. I nodded gravely, pretending I, too, was ready for destiny. They offered me coffee that tasted like liability and hope. The agent sat me down, clicked his pen with the authority of a man who’s seen too many deductibles, and began explaining “bundling” as if he were revealing ancient wisdom. Terrible company..... In March of 2022 I called last year for a homeowners insurance quote before making a purchase on a home and got one by email. I then called again to confirm and sign up. I left a voicemail and I didn't have anyone return my repeated phone calls. Because they didn't return my phone calls I ended signing up with a different company. I called again on March 1st of 2023. Their office did not get back to me with a homeowners insurance quote until 27 days later after I made the inquiry. I would not recommend doing business with this company because they just demonstrated how disorganized and unresponsive they are to customers. I would not trust them to take care of my home if their ever was an emergency. Stay away!

We canceled our policy immediately upon doing a bit of research after we had an extremely degrading and unprofessional experience from our representative. Also The parent company Erie Niagara is known for not paying out claims. So you make your decision about trusting this company to insure your home.
