Trust... the practice that should govern your interaction with others in life, but too often does not. We switched our coverage from another state to NY first, then added another car, deleted an old one, then transferred out of state again. From the very beginning, Paula has been nothing but dedicated , competent, efficient, and takes care of business. Like, immediately. Every time. With a smile. I have rarely seen service like this. Highly recommended.

They are helpful when signing up for the insurance. All Insurance company raises your bill every year for no reason. Not much help from C S Burrall. Sold the house in 18 days ago. Asked C S Burrall to close the home owners insurance. The Travelers Insurance took the money out today from my Bank Account. I have made one phone call and two emails to close the account. Never sign-up for direct payment for any bill. They give you discount but take money out of your account when closing the account.

I highly recommend C.S. Burrall & Sons as your insurance agency. Their customer sevice is second to none.
