This insurance company should thank Dianita. Dianita has been the only person that has been able to help me out with either a payment question or any questions I have about my insurance. I had dealt with other companies and insurance agents and nothing but pain. The pandemic has been so hard but Dianita always been very understandable. If you have a question or need help Dianita is the best person to speak with. I will always recommend her.
One star because they actually provide insurance. The second star is because someone at the agency answered the phone and emailed me a photocopy in an emergency. The Problem Shady sales practices. Very shady. Gross misrepresentation of coverages in an effort to up sell. They seem to be geared toward taking advantage of the uneducated masses in the area. This agency in not your partner, they are a predator in close proximity to you.
Bad Service!! they don't know about the business Insurances, It suppose they are BROKERS but they do not inform us about AUDITS or increase in policy price. They just want to to get their commission and don't do their DUTY.
The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. I could pay my bill online but me and my son stop by to say hello to the ladies and Charles dog. 🐶 👍👍
