I have NEVER experienced such rude treatment from an insurance agent in my life. HE NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. I FINALLY had to call Allststates Headquarters to get any response, AND IT WASNT FROM HIM!! SHAMEFUL! I WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A MANAGER, and I would fire anyone who ignored a customer the way he did. !!
