I recently was in the process of purchasing a home. I didn't know much about home owners insurance so I called W&H. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Elicia. She was very professional but still remained personable. When I asked her questions she responded in terms that I could understand and didn't seem like a robot reading from a screen. She was very helpful in helping me to understand the different types of coverage. Thanks Elicia.

Kayla was the agent who took my phone call. She was friendly and professional. I was interested in quotes for travel trailer and truck. She took info and said she’d call me later that day with quote, but only emailed them. Three days later I called her again with some questions and again she said she’d call me back later in the day with answers. Now two more days have passed without a call back. This agency/agent has lost any and all future business from me.

They are always willing and eager to help and easy to get in touch with by phone or email. Elicia Wright has been amazing to work with and always fast to respond. Highly recommend....Friendly home town feel! Five stars from me!

My firm has been with Woodall & Hoggle for around 3 years and have been fortunate enough not to have to file any claims. Because of this, our interactions are largely limited to annual renewal and issuance of COIs with our primary contact being Elicia Wright. The annual renewal process is never fun, but that's just the way it is. They do their best to make the process as painless as possible by giving us ample time to complete the paperwork and being responsive to any questions we have during this process. Our clients regularly ask for updated COIs and Elicia is always prompt to send those and takes the time to spell things correctly on the forms (which is something other insurance companies have struggled with in the past).
