One thing I put great store in when dealing with insurance companies is really being interested in your insurance needs, courtesy and promptness. The Higdon crew is aces in all three. Great, friendly staff and you are treated with their full attention. This is local people and very very easy to deal with. I really like them as well as admire their professionalism.
