It is great to speak with a human! it is also great that everyone at that office is so nice, even when i have issues processing a thought pattern, and are able to translate it into proper English. I really like that Alexa is someone I think has a good sense of humor and is very patient with me and the millions of questions and options I have to think about. They are great at going through an issue and giving options so as to not feel there are only two choices. It is also nice to have someone on main street not a computer voice in a faraway land.
