I don’t know how many folks are insured out of this office, it’s probably thousands - and yet they manage to convey a personable “we’ve got your back” message in all their communications. Friendly, reasonable, and quick to respond. I think the boss must set a good tone, it looks like there’s not a lot of turnover of staff. Five stars.
