Wolf Insurance Agency

I've been a customer for around 20 years. I called yesterday to see about making changes to my policy. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time and pretty much told if I thought I could do better I should. So looking for a new company now.

Wendy not professional at all with public and I would never go back to this business shop elsewhere. She said impossible and State Farm proved her wrong for myself and even saved 10.00 a month more which was fine with me I'm smiling 😃 wish I could give half Star.

I would not recommend Wolf for homes in fair condition. I was closing on my first home and needed insurance. When I originally inquired, the representative was very happy to take my information and look into insurance options. I knew my home was not in the best shape and needed some work, which was identified during the call. However, I was disappointed to have the representative never return my emails or calls. I would have understood any formal rejection due to condition, but ghosting is very unprofessional. I will not shop for insurance services here again.

Really great experience working with Tom and his staff. They are all so helpful with any questions or concerns and they're genuinely nice people. They've been insuring our business, Mitzis Table since before we took over and also providing insurance for my personal needs. Prior to signing on with Wolf Insurance Agency I was with my previous agent over 25 years. When I went in to Wolf to review my then current policy "apples to apples" they were able to save me $121 per month. Then proceeded to take my policy up a few notches for just a few dollars more. Mind you I had no tickets, accidents or infractions. My previous agent was just charging me more because I trusted them. (His father never did business that way) I couldn't be happier with Wolf Agency

I have been with Wolf Insurance Agency since I moved to PA in 2002 (I believe that is the year). We are talking about 19 years of great service. They have always been responsive to my inquiries. Each person I ever have spoken with has always been courteous and professional. They have helped me out each time. They go over my plan and make sure that I am covered as I should be. I would recommend anyone to seek out Wolf Insurance Agency. They are GREAT!
