DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! My roof flooded and caved in half the ceilings in my house and they refused to pay me. After their sub-contracted company Nazareth Mutual refused to pay me and I posted videos online they contacted the third party social media platform and had me BANNED ON TIKTOK causing permanent and irreparable damage to my online social media business. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 💯 They are HORRIBLE they should be shut down they collected 1400 from me so I could get a policy in effect for my closing not even two weeks later canceled me and then had the nerve to deduct 70 from my refund sounds like a scam to me!!!!! You charged me $70 to cancel me and give me an adverse action making it extremely expensive for me to be covered by another company ……you have been reported to the state!

First and foremost, their quote is very aggressive and will save you money each year. Secondly, a few weeks ago when it was freezing outside, my pipes broke and had water pouring down the ceiling downstairs. I was so devastated. I called Nazareth Mutual and they told me to call a plumber right away which I did and sent out their adjuster Richard Wowk from Gerald Williams Company. He was amazing! Did a thorough check and evaluation of the house and understood that being a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions in regards to this whole process. He even sat down with me and helped me write a check list of things I needed to get done, how I can make small improvements throughout the house to prevent this from happening again. I would rate this company as zero if I could. The adjuster they use from the Gerald Williams company is not only rude, he acts in bad faith. When my home flooded, he made a very cursory investigation of the home & when I suggested he look in the attic he stated he didn't need to. It was clear to us at the outset that he had come into our home with a plan to deny the claim. He suggested we get several people onto the case at once IE a contractor, clean up & dry out company and the heating & air conditioning company. He also told us we were covered for a hotel since we had no where to go & we needed to go because mold was in the home. This same mold that I was exposed to for 2 days made me sick for 3 weeks. The point of this is, that he knew he was going to deny the claim. We were left with

ZERO Stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists at all costs. When I asked about a claim before even filing it I was told I would lose my "no claim discount" and almost discouraged from filing a claim. Mind you I had never made a claim after over 15 years of coverage. But I filed anyway and after being strung along for months with their shady Gerald Williams adjustment company, my claim was denied. One reason was that "previous photos indicate damage already existed". They conveniently ignored the photos I had to send them of repairs that were made previously. I will be dropping this company like a bad habit and going WAY out of my way to encourage any other customers to do so and discourage any new potential customers from becoming a customer.
